These Terms and Conditions set out the rules governing use of Bovegas' online casino services. They explain the relationship between us and our players, and the basic obligations that apply when you register, deposit, play and withdraw. By creating an account and using our services you agree to comply with these terms and any rules published in the cashier, promotions pages and FAQ.
Account responsibilities
Account holders must provide accurate personal details and keep account information up to date. We may ask for identity and proof of address documents to verify your identity before we process withdrawals or in the event of suspicious activity. You are responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping passwords and security details confidential. Sharing access or permitting others to use your account is not permitted and may result in suspension.
Account limits and controls
We allow players to set deposit limits, session reminders and self-exclusion on request. We may also impose limits on deposits, wagers or withdrawals where required for security, regulatory or responsible-gambling reasons. Any such limit will be communicated to you through your account area or by support.
Eligibility requirements
Accounts are available to individuals who are at least 18 years old and who are not located in a restricted territory. We do not accept accounts from persons who are excluded by law from gambling in their jurisdiction. One account per person, household, IP address or device is permitted unless we expressly agree otherwise. We reserve the right to close accounts that fail to meet eligibility requirements.
Acceptable platform use
Users must not attempt to manipulate games, exploit bonus terms, or use automated software and bots. Using VPNs or other tools to disguise your location to bypass restrictions is prohibited. Any behaviour that compromises the integrity of our services, including collusion, fraud or chargebacks, may result in account suspension, forfeiture of winnings and closure.
General bonus and promotion rules
Promotions are subject to separate terms which apply in addition to these general conditions. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses and free spins carry wagering requirements and may be limited to certain games or have a maximum cash-out. Typical wagering requirements range between 30x and 40x for deposit bonuses, with higher rollovers commonly applied to no-deposit and free-spin awards. We reserve the right to cancel or reclaim bonuses where abuse or breach of terms is identified.
Deposits and withdrawals
All deposits must be made from payment methods in your name. Minimum deposit and withdrawal values are displayed in the cashier; typical minimum deposits start from around £20 and minimum withdrawals are commonly around £100 with weekly caps in the region of £2,000. Withdrawals are subject to verification checks and processing times which vary by method. Fees from banks or payment providers may apply separately.
